2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing illegal or harmful content
• Use the service to analyze documents you do not have the right to access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI analysis system
• Share your account credentials with third parties

3. Disclaimer

FinePrint AI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. The analysis results are generated by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before making any decisions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from reliance on our analysis.

4. Payments & Refunds

Credits purchased through FinePrint AI are non-refundable unless required by law. Unused credits do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users will be notified via email before termination unless immediate action is required for security reasons.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bucharest.
