Contract analysis with evidence you can act on

XG FinePrint is an online contract review tool for people and businesses that want to understand a legal document before signing. Upload a PDF to identify hidden penalties, auto-renewal clauses, one-sided termination rights, broad indemnities, liability caps and other terms that deserve closer review.

Use it for NDA analysis, employment contract review, lease review, SaaS and EULA checks, service agreements, loan documents and other common contracts. The report explains flagged clauses in plain language and is designed to help you prepare questions for a qualified lawyer.

Common questions

How does the analysis work?
Upload a PDF. Our engine scans every clause using 150+ legal patterns and checks them against legislation from 23 jurisdictions. Results in under a second.
Is my data private?

Which countries are supported?
23 jurisdictions: US, UK, EU countries, Ukraine, Chile, and international law.
What file formats do you support?
Currently we accept PDF files up to 10 MB in size and up to 100 pages. Support for DOCX and scanned images via OCR is coming soon.
How much does it cost?
